Overview The peristaltic technology metering pumps in the Pulsafeeder MEC-O-MATIC Dolphin Series are designed for chemical dosing. Chemical solution and slurry metering pumps of the MEC-O-MATIC Dolphin Series are long-lasting and well-engineered. The durable, chemical-resistant ABS plastic used to make the pump casing. Installation on a level surface or on the wall is possible thanks to mounting pads and an integrated wall mounting bracket. Drive Unit The gear motor that is protected from heat or impedance is a quiet, stable, and safe device. Heavy-duty bearings support the output shaft, and all metal gearing components have undergone heat treatment. Pump Controls The pump is equipped with a ON/OFF rocker switch and cycle timer control dial. The control dial provides Variable Run Time Control: (1-100% ON-TIME of a repeating 10 minute cycle). The feeder head is molded of UV and acid resistant polycarbonate and is designed to snap on and off without tools. All exposed fasteners are stainless steel.
