Do I need a doctor’s approval before booking? While we don’t require written approval, we do recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before booking if you have any pregnancy complications, high-risk factors, or specific concerns. For most healthy pregnancies, our treatments are perfectly safe. What should I wear to my appointment? Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is ideal. For your massage, you’ll be professionally draped for privacy and comfort. We recommend wearing open-toed shoes to go home after your pedicure to avoid disturbing freshly treated feet. Which trimester is best for this treatment? Our NURTURE packages are suitable for all trimesters. The Essential package works well throughout pregnancy, while the Indulgent package with the extended 90-minute massage is particularly beneficial during the second and third trimesters when physical discomfort tends to increase. Will the massage be performed face-down? No, we use special pregnancy positioning with supportive cushions and bolsters that allow you to lie comfortably on your side. Low blood sugar can cause dizziness or nausea, especially during pregnancy. However, avoid heavy meals immediately before your session. How early should I arrive before my appointment?
